Channel letters are one of the most popular and commonly used signs in the industry. They are usually found on the building storefront and are available in two options—front lit or reverse lit. The difference is in the direction the light is transmitted from the letter, which will change the way it looks and illuminates at night. Reverse Lit letters produce a “halo” effect behind the letters that can generate a unique look. The letters are either mounted individually or are mounted on a platform called a raceway, which is then secured to the building.
