By far, Stein Sign Display is the best sign company we have worked with. Stuart and Chris have been very responsive to our needs for our hospital expansion and renovation project. Their installer, Jeremy, was very polite and professional. When there was a slight error on install, Jeremy showed me the error right away and worked with our construction team to fix it right away. I was impressed that he admitted the mistake and worked to correct it rather than hide it or blame it… on another crew in the construction mayhem. When another company couldn’t get room ID signs together for us on a short turn-around, Stuart and Chris worked with their vendor to get them for us as quickly as possible. While they were not able to get them in time for our hospital opening date (no one has a magic wand), they did get them for us soon after. I do have the impression that deadlines mean something to them and are not merely suggestions. Overall, very impressed and will be talking with them again for future projects.

I contacted Zach at Stein Sign to have business decals made for my pickup, told him what I wanted and he got back to me the next day with the design and then the following evening my pickup was dropped off, the next morning at 8:00 he called to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Also had some smaller stickers made to hand out and they were done very very fast as well. Great customer service, competitive prices, and everything done in a timely manner! I wouldn’t go to anyone else.
