McDonald’s of Watertown
Three years ago, we had a major remodel at McDonalds located in Watertown S.D. That was the first time we worked with Stein Sign and continue to work with them to this day. They do all of our repair work at both locations. The quality of the service is very impressive. When we call for service, they will give us an exact date and work around our busy times to get our lights up and running. We have had to call a couple time on an emergency situation where the wind loosened part of one drive-signs and we had to shut down that lane. Stein sign worked around their busy schedule and was there in about a half hour and took care of us. We enjoy working with Chris and Jeremy. We would recommend Stein Sign for anyone that needs service work done.

By far, Stein Sign Display is the best sign company we have worked with. Stuart and Chris have been very responsive to our needs for our hospital expansion and renovation project. Their installer, Jeremy, was very polite and professional. When there was a slight error on install, Jeremy showed me the error right away and worked with our construction team to fix it right away. I was impressed that he admitted the mistake and worked to correct it rather than hide it or blame it… on another crew in the construction mayhem. When another company couldn’t get room ID signs together for us on a short turn-around, Stuart and Chris worked with their vendor to get them for us as quickly as possible. While they were not able to get them in time for our hospital opening date (no one has a magic wand), they did get them for us soon after. I do have the impression that deadlines mean something to them and are not merely suggestions. Overall, very impressed and will be talking with them again for future projects.
